Oops, Just Kidding!

So, I thought I was finished with the pictures from our trip, but I forgot we have a few from the day we flew out. That was Halley's actual birthday so we did a little song and candle in the morning. I'm sure she would never have known the difference, but we felt like we should do something! From her looks in these pictures, I'm not really sure she liked our idea!
Then I took some pictures on the way to the airport because the boys looked so cute with their hoodies on. It was a cold rainy/snowy day. I am so excited to go back at the end of June for some UT summer sun!
And, I got a couple pictures of the kids eating their lunch at the airport. I wanted to take some of the kids on the plane, but I felt weird about it. They loved flying on the airplane though! It was fun!

Halley is always happy if she has her sippy cup!

One Year Old Shots!

Here are some fun pictures we took of Halley before the party. She is such a cute girl. We had a lot of fun trying to get her to smile and look at the camera. I know some of these are a little blurry, but they are all so dang cute!

These pictures pretty much don't need any captions, but I just have to say - our baby girl is growing up so fast! And, isn't she the cutest one year old you have ever seen!?!?

Halley's First Cake!

We got a cute little cake from Albertson's for Halley's birthday. At first she was a little skeptical about things, but eventually she was LOVIN' it!
What is that thing?
Hmmmm . . . is this to eat??
Awesome! This is pretty good stuff! Do you want some? She really liked the yellow frosting!

Hooray! I love cake!
The end result - a destroyed cake and a messy, tired baby girl!

Halley's Birthday (Finally!!)

Yes, it's been almost two months since Halley turned one, but it took me awhile to go through the pictures. However, after I finish these I will be done with our trip to UT, and I can do all our recent pictures - hopefully before we head out again in three weeks! :) I am so proud of myself! I am going to use this blog as my "scrapbook" so I am trying to post at least some of all my pictures. So, that's that! Here is my mom hanging out with her grandkids before the party started!
Here are some fun pictures from her birthday party! We had it at my parent's house and had lots of good food and fun! And Halley was way cute! She has such a fun personality! It was also a good opportunity to see all our family members because we left the next day.

I think the boys were feeling like they weren't getting enough attention so they decided to "go to sleep" right on the floor in the front entry way. It was funny!

Here's my wonderful mommy getting some yummy food!

This is a cool picture that Wes' brother took of Halley.

Opening presents was so much fun with Halley. She absolutely LOVED all the clothes she got. She was hugging them and holding them up to look at them. She also loved the dolls she got. She was hugging and patting them too. It was absolutely adorable! She got so many cute clothes! So, look for more pictures from her first cake experience and some cute shots we got of her before the party! I love my baby girl!

Lazier Days Part 3 - Puppies, Stories and Burgers

One of our days in UT we went to visit Wes' grandma. She has a lot of pets at her house, and the boys loved it! Connor was especially fond of this little dog. I can't remember his name though, and I'm not sure how to get rid of pet "red eye." :)Then they got to watch Mudder (that's what the kids call Wes' grandma) give one of the dogs a bath. They loved it!And, of course, Mudder had a great story to read to the kids! Wes' parents and brother met us at his grandma's and then we all headed out to lunch! Here are some fun pictures from that outing! And we were back at Wes' parents later that night so Bradley could read to his grandparents!
