I didn't take any pictures on the drive out to UT. It's not really something I want to remember anyway though. :) It was very long and very snowy. We all made it alive though!

We stayed with Wes' parents the first week there, and Rhenda was so good. We were exhausted that first day there. She set the boys up in the family room with a movie while we relaxed and visited.

And then of course, the next item on the agenda was SNOW! The boys went out to play with Wes and Spencer while Halley and I took naps.

They had a ton of fun. The boys had been looking forward to this for months! It's a good thing there was plenty of snow to go around or they would have been very disappointed.

Their favorite thing to do while playing in the snow is eating it! I thought about giving them the whole "dogs pee in the snow" lecture, but I remember I ate snow all the time so I figure they'll live through it. :)

Later that day we went to quickly say hi to my parents and family, and Bradley fell asleep on the way (it's like a five minute drive). He had his knight helmet on, and was totally bent in half over his seat and snoring like crazy! I guess he should have taken a nap too.
It was so good to see everyone in UT. We are so blessed to have such wonderful families who love and support us so much. I kept saying that I wish we could have all had a couple months off to spend time together. I love our families more than words can express! The time in UT went way too fast!

If you are ever driving back to northern utah and need to take a rest or pit stop half way you are welcome to bunk at my house in Hurricane. In a snow storm once you get just north of St. Gerge and up it can get pretty miserable.
I love reading about the fun you have with your family. It is wierd, though, that I feel like I know what is going on in your life but haven't actually communicated with you for, sad to say, years. I will have to work on that.
